OVERVIEW
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Blush on LaFox. The term “Site” refers to www.blushonlafox.com. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.

Blush on LaFox is a beauty collective where independent stylists, artists, and service providers operate their own businesses within our space. The term “Service” refers to the variety of beauty and wellness services offered by these independent professionals, including but not limited to hair consultations, haircuts, hair coloring, styling, esthetician services, makeup, spray tanning, lash extensions, and other beauty-related treatments.

By using the Site or receiving services at Blush on LaFox, you acknowledge and agree that each stylist or artist operates independently, sets their own pricing, policies, and business structure, and is solely responsible for their services. Any inquiries regarding specific service policies should be directed to the respective service provider.

ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to use certain features of the Site or book services, you may be required to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number. You agree that any registration information provided will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

LAWFUL PURPOSES
You may use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material that violates the rights of others, is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense.

INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Blush on LaFox serves as a beauty collective, providing space for independent beauty professionals. Each stylist, artist, or service provider operates as an independent business owner and is responsible for:

Their own pricing and payment policies
Booking and cancellation policies
Client communication and satisfaction
Adhering to health and safety standards

Blush on LaFox is not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or disputes between clients and individual service providers. Clients should direct all inquiries regarding services, pricing, and policies to their respective stylist or artist.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Services offered are subject to the acceptance of your order or booking by the respective service provider. Each independent stylist/artist reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity at their discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason. Blush on LaFox does not control individual business decisions made by stylists and service providers.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon booking a service, you may receive confirmation from the respective service provider. If there is an error in this confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform the provider as soon as possible.

PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
Blush on LaFox strives to ensure accuracy in describing products and services offered within the collective; however, each independent stylist or service provider is responsible for their own service descriptions and pricing. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between descriptions listed on the Site and those provided by individual artists.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Blush on LaFox is not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of individual stylists, artists, or service providers. By receiving services at Blush on LaFox, you agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Blush on LaFox is not liable for damages related to: (i) Service outcomes provided by independent stylists/artists; (ii) Miscommunications or disputes between clients and service providers; (iii) Booking issues, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with services rendered; (iv) Third-party theft, unauthorized access, or misuse of personal information.
In no event shall Blush on LaFox’s cumulative liability exceed $100.

THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES
The Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these external sites. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Blush on LaFox harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from any breach of these Terms and Conditions or disputes with independent service providers.

CHANGED TERMS
Blush on LaFox reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after such updates means you accept the changes.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
